I joined but I have not received my activation email, what can I do?

Please make sure that you have access to the email address you have registered with and that you have checked your junk or SPAM folder. Additionally, you may contact Support HERE if you still have not received it.

If you have contacted us and we have not responded it is because the email address that you provided is either no longer valid, your mailbox is full or you made a typo in the address when you joined. Please contact us again if you have not heard from us in 48 hrs.

How can I cancel my membership?

Please use our Cancel form HERE. Be sure to fill out all fields correctly. Please contact us no later than 3 days prior to your rebilling date for cancelation. If you have not received a cancel confirmation email from us within 72 hrs, please check your spam folder or resubmit your cancel request.

How can I reinstate my subscription as a previous member?

At this time, we are not able to reinstate your account if it had canceled. We ask that you please JOIN again.

When must I cancel my membership to avoid recurring subscription billing?

You must cancel your membership 3 days prior to the end of the initial billing cycle/date. This is important to avoid additional charges.

How will the charge appear on my bank/credit card statement?

The charge for membership or shop purchases will appear on your statement as: CV Industries

How can I change my payment method or billing information?

If you need to update your credit card information, billing information, payment method, etc please contact Support.

How can I change my registered email address?

If you need to update your email address please contact Support.

I can't seem to login, please help me!

There can be numerous reasons why this is occurring. We first recommend that you:

  1. Please check that the username and password is correct and that you did not copy or add any blank 'spaces' in the front or end of either.
  2. Please empty your browsers cache if you had a previous username or password with our site.
  3. Please ensure that you have a current, valid email address on file with us.
  4. Be sure you are logging in at the correct page HERE.
  5. If you still can not log in, please contact Support or get a new password HERE.

Why can I not choose my own username and password?

Unfortunately, too many passwords have been compromised or easily guessed in the past.
We have developed an enhanced structure to better service your uninterrupted experience.
In order to ensure our high quality service for which you are paying, our system has to generate your login information.

I have been trying to join but It keeps declining registration. What can I do?

There could be several factors or multiple factors as to a declined registration. Due the high amount of variables it makes it extremely difficult to pin point what the issue could be. We recommend that you please try another payment method.

I can not get the videos to play, please help.

If your having problems playing our videos please:

  • Check your browsers video playing capabilities such as Mp4, flash, etc.
  • You can try to go to and see if you can watch videos there. If not, then you might have a browser which does not support video playing capability.
  • We recommend Firefox for your browser if you are experiencing difficulties. You can download the newest version HERE
  • Still not playing in FireFox? You may need to install the flash plugin for Firefox HERE
  • If you use Safari or iPad and experience playing issues, please consider upgrading to the newest version of Safari or iPad iOS.
  • OK, so you can play videos on youtube and tried our suggestions above and still no video? Please let the webmaster know HERE.
  • For playing downloads, Windows should use Windows Media Player, not RealPlayer.
  • We recommend any 3rd party video plug-ins such as DivX, etc. to be removed or disabled on the browser you login. They can cause conflict and issues.

I found some of Chloe's pictures and/or videos posted on other sites online. Who should contact about this?

It is unfortunate but it does happen from time to time. Please let our webmaster know HERE immediately with as much information as possible about where the content was seen. This will ensure the value and quality of your paying membership. Thank you for helping.
